Little Acre Luxury Pods - Your Stay in Tulbagh

Each pod has a glass roof for star gazing and a bed with wheels to move out of the sun. Units include a private bathroom with hot tub, a fireplace, and either a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, hob) or just a fridge. Some pods have a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and mountain views from the bed.

There is no restaurant on site. Each pod has a small kitchen with a hob, microwave, and fridge. Guests can cook their own meals or use the outdoor braai (barbecue). Wood and firelighters for the braai and hot tub are not included but can be bought in advance - about £15. Basic supplies like coffee and sugar are provided, but bring your own cooking oil, shower gel, and extra towels for the hot tub.

The wood-fired hot tub is the main feature. It takes a couple of hours to heat up, but guests can use it cold during hot days. The pods also have a private garden with outdoor seating, though the furniture is fixed and cannot be moved into shade. There is no pool or gym. The glass roof lets you watch stars from bed.

Little Acre Luxury Pods sits on a wine farm in a remote mountain setting, 13 km from Ceres Golf Club. It is 19 km from De Oude Kerk Museum Tulbagh and 40 km from Fonteintjiesberg Nature Reserve. Cape Town International Airport is 100 km away. The nearest town, Ceres, is a 15-20 minute drive. The road to the pods is a rough track. Activities nearby include wine tasting on the farm and hiking in the mountains.
